Choose My Shibe Contest Rules
Entry Period
House of Doge’s Choose My Shibe Contest (the “Contest”) begins on February 3, 2026, at 12 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (ET), and ends on [February 9], 2026, at 12 p.m. (noon) ET (the “Contest Entry Period”). Entry into this Contest constitutes your acceptance of these Contest Rules.

Who May Enter and Become a Contest Participant
The Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents of the States of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and who reside within 100 miles of Times Square - New York City (the “Contest Participants”). Each Contest Participant must be (i) 18 years or older; (ii) the legal owner of a Shiba Inu breed of dog (dog should be calm, leash-trained, crowd-comfortable, potty trained, and has vaccinations up-to-date (proof may be required)); (iii) available to attend the Prize Event (as defined herein) with the Shiba Inu dog; and (iv) adhere and comply with any Prize Event venue security requirements.
No purchase is required, however online access to an X user account is required to participate in the Contest.
Employees, contractors of House of Doge, its officers, directors, advisor members, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter and Eligible Photograph
To be eligible to win the Prize, Contest Participants must during the Contest Entry Period:
Have an X (formerly Twitter) account;
Follow @HouseofDoge;
Tag @HouseofDoge and use #ChooseMyShibe on a photo of their Shiba Inu dog; and
Optional: enter a caption explaining why Contest Participant’s Shiba Inu dog embodies the “Doge” spirit.
The submitted photograph (“Photograph”) must depict the Contest Participant’s Shiba Inu dog and only one Photograph from a Contest Participant is permitted. Photographs taken with a mobile phone are allowed. AI-generated images are not eligible. Normal processing of the original file that is submitted as the Photograph is acceptable which includes cropping, minor adjustments to color, white balance, tone, lighting levels and curves, shadows and highlights, saturation, contrast, sharpness, moderate dodging and burning, removal of dust spots and moderate reduction of image noise. Photographs that have been digitally or otherwise altered beyond standard optimization will be disqualified.
Judges will determine whether changes to an image are significant enough to disqualify an entry. The decision by the Sponsor to disqualify any Photograph submission is final.
Judging
Judging will be conducted by a panel of marketing employees of the Sponsor using their own discretion and criteria, which may factor in engagement or retweets/reposts generated by a certain Photograph submission.
One winner of the Prize (“Winner”) will be selected and contacted to confirm eligibility, temperament of dog, and logistics for the Prize Event. Additional alternate Contest Participants may be contacted in the event the winner cannot attend the Prize Event or otherwise deemed in-eligible. The decision(s) made by the Sponsor judges shall be treated as final and may not be appealed.
Prize
There is one (1) Prize available to be won, consisting of:
1. US$500 in Dogecoin;
2. House of Doge/Dogecoin swag (valued at US$75); and
3. Invitation for Winner and their Shiba Inu dog to attend the 21 Shares Dogecoin ETF NASDAQ Bell-Ringing Ceremony (the “Prize Event”) held on [February 17], 2026 at [8:00 am ET]
Winner of the Prize must be able to attend the Prize Event with their Shiba Inu to collect the Prize, or otherwise forfeit such Prize to an alternative winner. Cost of travel to and from the Prize Event is the sole responsibility of the Contest Participant.
Winner Notification and Verification
The Winner will be contacted and confirmed through X, email, and/or telephone on or about [February 10], 2026 and required to complete and return a Media and Publicity Consent and Release of Liability (the “Consent and Release”).
A potential winner who fails to respond to the prize notification, fails to return the Consent and Release within a 48 hour period, or the Winner fails to comply with any of these Contest Rules, that Winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes on the Prize. The Prize will be awarded only at the Prize Event which Contest Participant must attend with their Shiba Inu dog at the required time.
Winner agrees not to disclose, post or publish any information regarding their potential selection as a Winner in this Contest until House of Doge announces the verified Prize Winner.
Prize Conditions
All expenses related to the acceptance or use of any Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner, including for greater certainty, travel expenses incurred by the Winner to attend the Prize Event. In the event the Winner engages in behavior that, as determined by the Sponsor and in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate Prize and/or revoke the invitation to the Prize Event in whole or in part, with no further compensation.
The Prize is not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Once the Prize has been delivered to the Winner, the Prize is considered awarded.
General Conditions
By submitting a Photograph to the Contest, Contest Participants agree to the following:
You represent and warrant that: a) You are the sole and exclusive author and owner of the Photograph and all rights therein; b) You have the full and exclusive right, power, and authority to submit the Photograph and to grant House of Doge, 21Shares US LLC, and each of their affiliates (collectively, the “Grantees”), the rights granted herein, including a worldwide copyright license, upon the terms and conditions set herein; c) No rights in the Photograph have been previously granted to any person, firm, corporation or other entity, or otherwise encumbered such that the prior grant would limit or interfere with the rights granted to the Sponsor or Grantees herein; and, f) No part of your Photograph defames or invades the privacy or publicity rights of any person, living or decreased, or otherwise infringes upon any third party’s copyright, trademark or other personal or property rights.
You acknowledge that: a) Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Photograph at any time if they determine that the Photograph is offensive, inappropriate, or contrary to the Sponsor’s reputation, or that You or your Photograph have not complied with any of the Contest Rules; b) Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, undelivered, inaccurate, illegible, or delayed Photograph submissions, for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, for errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of Photograph submissions, the announcement of prizes, or any other errors, any of which may limit or affect your ability to participate in the Contest; c) Sponsor has the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest in the event in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized access, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, Prize Event is cancelled, epidemics, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Contest.
You waive any and all claims You may have now or may have in the future that your Photograph is substantially similar in theme, idea, or format to any Photograph or other artwork in Sponsor’s possession; and Sponsor and/or Grantees and its designees have the right, unless prohibited under law, to use your name, city and state of residence, voice, picture (including the Photograph and any new photographs taken at the Prize Event by Sponsor’s staff), and likeness, without compensation, notification, or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the Sponsor’s business or services and publicizing the Contest, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity.
If any Photograph in your Submission contains any material or elements not owned by You, or which are subject to the rights of third parties, You are responsible, prior to submitting the Photograph for obtaining any and all releases necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Photograph in all the manners contemplated by these Contest Rules, including, without limitation, permission to use the name and likeness of any person or animal who appears or is identifiable in the Photograph. You may be required to provide proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor, and if You fail to provide such proof, your Photograph will be disqualified.
You irrevocably grant to the Grantees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the Photograph and any additional photographs taken of you and/or your Shiba Inu dog at the Private Event in any manner related to the Contest, or for the Sponsor’s business, including all associated use, reproduction, distribution, sublicense, derivative works, and commercial and non-commercial exploitation rights in any and all media outlets now known or hereafter invented, including, but not limited to: a) Grantees’ websites, press release(s), social media pages and blogs related to the Contest; b) any slideshows, brochures, newsletters, articles, reports, calendars, and publications related to the Contest; c) solicitations for the Contest; d) promotions and communications related to the Contest; and e) physical and digital galleries and exhibitions of the Photographs submitted. You may be required to execute any documents necessary to perfect such rights in the Sponsor or Grantees.
You hereby release Sponsor, Grantees its subsidiaries, affiliates and partners, and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage arising from or in connection with your participation or attempt to participate in the Contest, and/or the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of a Prize or participation in any Prize-related activities, including your attendance at the Prize Event; from claims based on publicity rights, defamation, negligence or invasion of privacy; and from claims based on the infringement of or protection of the copyright in your Photograph submission.
The Sponsor, Grantees and its subsidiaries, affiliates and partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees, attorneys, representatives, and agents make no warranties, and hereby disclaim all warranties, express or implied, concerning the Contest and the Prize furnished or awarded in connection with the Contest, including, but not limited to, Sponsor’s ability to award a Prize due to its bankruptcy, insolvency, or failure to continue its business. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE CONTEST ENTITIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON INFRINGEMENT.
If a section of the Contest Rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, that section shall be considered invalid, but all unaffected sections will be applied within the limits of the law.
